does all the applications (word processor, spreadsheet, ...) support the nice 
feature known in MSOffice: Formatpainter

Formatpainter:
with this one can overtake the format of the current object on the fly...

maybe iam too stupid to find that in staroffice?

Hi,

this is discussed at the german users-list from time to time
(therefore some users voted on this issue).
Is anybody working on it?

We are not currently working on it, but it is planned to have this as
new feature for OO.o.

Yes, a tool with suc a functionality will be implemented in the Q.
