I have installed a clean copy of V1.1 on both XP and Win2000. I've 
created envelopes using both insert and new doc, and tried to print
to an HP DeskJet 820CSE on both OSs. A page pulls through the printer
but the print head doesn't move. It appears to be a simple page eject.
I've tried every option I can think of, and tried suggestions in similar 
problem submissions. Everything else prints fine.

I've done a new install of V1.1 on separate XP and Win2000 machines. Printing
to an HP DeskJet 820CSE works fine for everything but envelopes. When I create
an envelop (either insert or new doc), it appears fine on the screen, but when
I go to print the page goes through the printer with no print head movement.. 
just a empty piece of paper comes out. I've tried everything I can think of and 
tried even remotely related suggestion from similar problem submissions. Help!
