Description norbert2 2004-03-22 15:37:47 UTC
Please try the following:

- open a new spreadsheet
- display the "f(x)-frame" (don't know its english name, german:
"Funktionsliste")
- select any cell
- insert (for example "=2+" (do not confirm)
- double-click any function of that f(x)-frame, for example for example "COS"

Now you will see that the entered "2+" is overwritten.
Adding functions in this way always deletes the things entered bevore, although
then its possible to insert multiple functions with that f(x)-frame, without
having everything deleted.

Please fix this.

Hi,

the name is Function List.

Niklas,

typing =2+ and pressing F2 and after that doubleclicking a function from the
function list will insert it in the correct way, not replacing the former
entered values, same if you double click the cell and enter =2+ into it. Just
typing =2+ and douibleclick on the function will replace the former content.
This is not what a User expects.
