in attached msword .doc there are numbered paragraphs.
in version 1.1.1 their numbering is incorrect - it starts at 1.2, not at 1.1.
this is a regression from 1.1.0 - they are ok in 1.1.0 and already not ok in 1.

Has already been fixed for OO 2.0. Unforunately time is too short to fix it in
OO 1.1.x.

Reopen the issue. An OO 1.1.3 is planned, so we should take the chance to fix it
there.

MRU->HBRINKM: We should fix this nasty regression in 1.1.3, now we will offer
this patch. The numbering in Level 2 starts with 1.2 instead of 1.1.

damn. i wrote lentghy text about my appreciation about this decision and 
motivation why this should be fixed in 1.1 series - then !bang!, network 
problems and all that is gone now :)

anyway - thanks for taking this issue :)

Problem seems to be fixed by issue 32658. Works fine with internal OO 1.1.4
build 645m50.
