Description norbert2 2004-04-25 13:07:31 UTC
Please ...

- open a new spreadsheet: (A1 is focused, not selected. That's OK.)

- right-click the "divider-line" between (for example) the columns "C" and "D"
and click "Column Width..." or "Optimal Column Width"

- confirm the window with OK:
Now the cell A1 has changed form focused to selected.
(You can see this because A1 is black now and when entering and confirming
values, the focus does not move down.)

I think the cell should stay only focused. There is no sense in changing it to
selected after applying another cell width or height.

(The same happens when changing the cell height.)

I can confirm that after:
- opening a new spreadsheet,
- right-click the "divider-line" between the columns "C" and "D"
and click "Column Width..." or "Optimal Column Width",
- confirming with OK
the cell A1 changes to selected (black). This is with OpenOffice.org 1.1.4.
