Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 28473
Add english alphabet (maybe greek too) to default sort list
Last modified: 2013-02-07 22:37:19 UTC
I would be neat to have some extra default sort lists. These can then also be used for fill down, eg. the alphabet: a,b,c,d,e, and A,B,C,D,E You can access the sort lists here: Tools->Options->Spreadsheet->Sort Lists I know that this is not really a sort list, but to have it available for fill down, it needs to be in the sort list. Word does not have an alphabet there by default, but I think it would be helpful. I was trying to do a merge to labels for filing - A through Z. It could be neat to have other alphabets too: Greek: alpha, beta, gamma etc. Could this be added to the default?
Hi Bettina, our sort lists are based on the systems locale at installation time, so they are created when. Maybe we can set some additional ones. Frank
This issue is very close to the issue 28499 (newer).
