The HELP page for Print Options is reached from File > Print...> Options and  
Tools> Options >Text Document >Print. While the user interface is the same from 
the two points, the effect is different. This difference is addressed by the 
push-pin comment:
"The print settings defined on this tab page apply for all subsequent 
documents. If you want to change settings for the current document only, use 
the Options button in the File - Print dialog."

as written, this statement is only correct for the Tools > Options path.

Suggested rephrase:
The effect of the settings on this tab page depends on the current user 
operation. The settings saved as a result of Tools - Options - Text Document - 
Print will apply for all subsequent documents. If you want to change settings 
for the current document only, use the Options button in the File - Print 
dialog.

This issue was not a part of helpcontentbeta!
Verified with 680m65_8850 = Old text is present.

Please provide two sets of Help-IDs so that we can offer different online help.
Currently, the controls on File - Print - Option dialog use the same Help-IDs as
the controls on Tools - Options - (Writer) - Print.
