- Tools - Data Sources
- rename the bibliography database
- Tools - Biblio DB
- The Biblio module comes up with the "Choose data source" in the front
- don't choose a DB and close the dialog
- notice that "Edit - Delete record" is disabled
- go to "Edit - Choose data source"
- Now choose the biblio DB
-> Now even if  a database is active, "Edit - Delete record" is still disabled

Workaround: clos and reopen the DB module
