Taken from betatest board:
1. empty draw doc
2. open a text frame
3. Write Sun - StarOffice in it
4. Copy this frame
5. In the copy replace the hyphen with a long hyphen 
   ([Alt]+[0][1][5][0]) 
6. Convert both frames into curves
The first frame is converted correct, the second one shows every sign twice.
This issue appears only under Win98.
