Description guillemont 2004-06-15 12:57:05 UTC
I am using the Mailing feature to create multiple documents from one template
and a dBASE (.dbf) created from a Calc file. For some records in the DB, some
fields have a text value ending with a space (or non breakable space), e.g. "-
". When I insert the field in a document with the mailing feature, the space at
the end of the field value is systematically removed: e.g. in the case above,
the document contains only "-" instead of the expected "- ".
The exact same problem exists when I use a CSV Text (.txt) instead of dBASE.
Is this a bug or is there a way to end a field value with a space and get it in
the document?
