While addind a listener and calling XAccessibleAction.doAccessibleAction(0) the
listener was not called.
To reproduce the behavior just start you office with accept parameter:
"-accept=socket,host=0,port=8100;urp;"
in a solar environment call
%SOLARENV%\bin\checkapi -o
toolkit.AccessibleToolBox::com::sun::star::accessibility::XAccessibleEventBroadcaster

Removed Accessibility Keyword.

This is an automatic (Accessibility) API testing, and results of this don't
actually reflect the Accessibility of the product.

We are not aware of any Accessibility issue related to this API test scenario.
