When you are writing formulas/equarions into command window at the bottom the
formula display window at the top is automatically updated. This is OK. The
problem starts when you write so many lines of formulas that a scrollbar would
be needed in the formula display window. It is updated but no scrollbar appears
as it should. To show the scrollbar you have to either change the zoom level or
save the document. This scrollbar should appear immidiately when needed and it
should be automatically scrolled to the end or better yet to the point of last
input in the command window.

Confirmed: problem still exists for OOo-Dev 2.3 WinXP PC.
Similar problem described in Issue 74591.
