One of the images in a Word document I've got loads up in OpenOffice.org with the red and blue 
channels reversed. The distorted colors show both on screen and in PDF export.

The .doc file was saved from Word X for Macintosh SR1; I get the same results on a copy resaved from 
Word 2002 for Windows. I'll attach the test case .doc and screenshot.

Can reproduce the bug in OOo 1.1.2 for Mac OS X and 1.1.1 for Linux (version shipped with Fedora 
Core 2).

Issue still present in OpenOffice 3.1.0 on Mac OS X 10.5. Pages '08 opens the
file correctly.
