In SRX645 we had the ooXMLFileFormatVersion and ooXMLFileFormatName. The
*Version is also present in the SRC680 the *name not. Regression.

This property was new created on a SO 7 version to support different brandings
of office product and filters. But it was not moved to HEAD ...

As discussed with FT, the fix will be the following one:
a)
In normal mode we use two configuration values to name the 6.0/7 xml filters.
ooXMLFileFormatName={StarOffice|OpenOffice|xxx}
ooXMLFileFormatVersion={6.0/7|1.x|xxx}
b)
If a further configuration variable ooXMLFileFormatSpecialHandling from type 
boolean is set to TRUE, we replace all UINames of filters for the following 4 locales
with "StarSuite 6.0/7". They locales are: ja / zh-CN / zh-TW / ko.

AS->FT/JSI: Because our conecpts of branding the office was changed ... this 
feature will be changed sligthly too .-)
I will provide a new variable FileFormatName insid ethe configuration and the setup 
can decide then, which value should be used there. BUT: I wont support the special 
replacement with StarSuite for the mentioned locales! This decision must be done 
by external processes from now.
