open attached document, place cursor in first paragraph and delete it. Now
"Undo" won't give back the frame.

First, is it normal that the frame gets deleted when you press delete ? As the 
cursor is placed "after" the frame, one could expect it not to be deleted and 
the table to go up one line. Am I wrong ? Should I file a new issue to address 
this pb ?
