The new feature "Add Keyboard Support for Assigning Paragraph Styles" use this
service to show all style families and styles inside the
"Tools->Customize->Keyboard" tab page. For styles there is already a property
"DisplayName", which is used already. But all families are shown with its
prgrammatic name. Seems that we need a new interface to provide localized family
names too ...
