The default wrap distance of text to keep away from from escher objects in word
is 0.32 cm on the left and right. Current default for our import is set to 0,
oops. The attachment demonstrates.

cmc->sj: This appears to only affect word documents, excel and powerpoint don't
seem to use this features. I've cced you on this one if I'm wrong about that to
review the change to msdffimp.cxx
