I will attach a MS Word file, where one paragraph is unreachable.
You can reprodue this, if you switch on the display of the paragraph signs.
Then go to the third paragraph sign below the header.
You can neither mark nor delete it.

It should be markable and deletable like in MS Word.

MRU->BH: single paragraph cannot be selected in OO Writer. They have been
designed to.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
