It could be fine to have a kind of templates for charts, or at least option to
set actual (chosen) chart's properties as defaults. Such feature could be very
useful if you have to make many identical charts with different data.
It could work like: insert -> chart -> wizard or choose template
and right-click menu on chart might have an option: create template based on
this chart.
I know that I can just duplicate chart and change range of data, but it's not so
effective if I have to manage large amount of charts in some spreadsheets.

This feature would make using chart much faster and easy when charts are often
created.

The idea of  customizing the chart default values is already targeted with Issue
12581. So this Issue here should only be about templates.
