Microsoft Word has a neat feature in their "page settings" where you can center
the contents of a page vertically. This is very useful when creating a single
page document, especially a letter.

Currently, the only way to do such a thing in Writer is to enclose the entire
contents of the letter in a text box, which you can then position as desired.
This is a lot more work and also doesn't export very well to Word format (see
issue 33801). 

This should be a check-box option for a Page Style under the "Page" tab.
