The following spec
http://specs.openoffice.org/writer/numbering/Direct_Cross_References_to_Headings_and_Numberings.sxw
cannot be opened in 1.9m51 on linux.
It crashes before displaying any contents. Crash reporter pops up.

regression keyword since this spec opens fine in OOo 1.1.2

Known issue, is a problem in the new numbering implementation. See issue 31693;
will be fixed in CWS num0201.
