From 1.1.0 version I have a very dificult problem with the "do not split rows" 
in the table configuration.

This is very useful. Supouse you have a document constructed on a large table, 
describen diferent detail on each column, per row; but in one row, you have a 
lot of text, that make pass the text along two or tree pages but into only one 
row. I think this option is intended for that, but it does not work. No matter 
if is activated or not, the behavior of table is the same.

Sounds like you talk about the famous problem of issue 2109. Writer's table
cells are not able to break across pages. This capability is a major
implementation and will be done for OO 2.0. Have a look at OO 2.0 snapshot build
and see, if this covers your desires.
