At the bottom of the Spreadsheet window, the average, count, min, max etc of the
current cell selection can be displayed. By right-clicking on this, the
statistic that is shown can be selected. It would be extremely useful for
"sample standard deviation (STDEV)" to be listed as an option here.

For example, it's often necessary in any scientific work to display the count,
range, average and std.dev. of a set of data. Most of these descriptive stats
can be obtained using the quick function display, but std.dev. must still be
calculated by creating a formula in a previously empty cell. This seems a little
silly.

Might it be possible to add std.dev. into this list of quick display functions?
