Only support for requestChange and commitChange of the CurrentContext property
has been added.  Support for getProperties and for negotiating any properties
other than CurrentContext is considered deprecated and has not been added.

<http://udk.openoffice.org/common/man/spec/urp.html> must be updated before this
issue is integrated on the master.

See testtools/source/perftest for tests that (indirectly) test this issue.

udk/www/common/man/spec/urp.html:1.17 has been updated accordingly.  (Also see
issue 71352.)

testtools/source/perftest has been removed again, testtools/bridgetest now
(indirectly) tests this issue instead.
