could not set Property FillHatchName.

To reproduce this behavior just call inside a solar shell:
checkapi -o svx.SvxShape::com::sun::star::drawing::FillProperties

The test tries to set the properety to the value "Black 0 degrees" and "Black 45
degrees"

it results in a com.sun.star.lang.IllegalArgumentException but this works in
build before.

It looks like the fix was not checked in.  I therefore remove this issue from
CWS impress18.

verified on master src680m73 again and works. Do you clear your user install
directory after/before instalation?
