Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 35709
Ambiguous assignment to shortcut in OODraw
Last modified: 2017-05-20 11:31:14 UTC
I use the german version of OpenOffice. There, in the edit-menu of the drawing application, the short-cut combination <Alt>+B, K is assigned to the menu entry 'Kopieren' (copy) and to the menu entry 'Klebepunkte' (connection points). If nothing is selected, this toggles back and force between the connection points editing mode. If something is selected, the interaction sequence to select the "Klebepunkte" entry is really annoying: <Alt>+B, K, K, <Enter> (if you should discover, why <Alt>+B, K does not work). With regard to usability, this conflict really is a defect.
SBA: Component changed to Drawing. Reassigned to WG.
Please have a look if there is something to be done. Thanks.
I have seen that tthis belongs to OOo-1.1.2, but can confirm that this is also teh case in my running version of German version of OOo -1.1.4 under SuSE 9.1 ... .(
Confirming as a new issue.
Reset assigne to the default "issues@openoffice.apache.org".
