Having the possibility to enter a set of keystrokes to add a keyboard shortcut
to more or less frequently used special characters directly in the Insert
Special Character dialogue would be a very nice and practical feature.

Today, here seems to be no way to do this, short of recording a macro for each
and every special character.

Of course, any such function would have to include keyboard clash resolution.
