When try to open this file in OO641 and OO642, OO hangs with no response.  It 
is a file created by Excel with 12 sheets.  Only 3 sheets contain data.

Hi,
the Excel file has a huge amount of formated cells (each sheet till 
G65000), therefor it took a very long time and much memory to import 
such a file in OO. This performance issue is known (issue 3385).
