- open a new text document
- from the "More form controls", insert a navigation bar form control
- select "Control..." in its context menu, to open the Control Property Browser
- select a different background color
=> this is not fully propagated to the control, only a small frame gets the
proper new color

Note: even with issue 35514 (which describes a related problem) being fixed,
this problem here does not vanish.

fs->ssa: we set a background color at the toolbar control, and since the icons
in the control have a transparency, I'd expect this background color to be
respected - which unfortunately not the case. However, it used to work when the
feature was implemented (which is a few months ago).

This will be fixed with the integration of docking4, 680m63 I guess. At least in
my local docking4 installation it works...
