since we still require OOo sources to build with jdk 1.3.1, this will break the
build.

this issue is about building the "wizards" module. there is still the same issue
when building which requires a jdk version > 1.3.1.

since the jar files of "xalan" are available now in solver, it would be
sufficiet to add the according entry to the JARFILES when detecting a jdk
version not containing them.

don't forget to add a dependency on the module "xalan" to "wizards/prj/build.lst".

Fixed in extras16. I added entries to the buildlst and the manifestfiles and
makefiles affected. After trying to build the project with jdk1.3 I ran into
problems with some method calls that are not compliant to jdk 1.3.1 and
submitted bug 41296 as a follow up to this issue.  The error about the missing
xalan parser does not occur anymore

BC:  After consultation with TV I removed the entries for the tutorial creator
from the build list because there were far too many incompatibilities with
jdk13. As the tutorial creator is currently not embedded in no office
distribution there is no need to build it.

no more errors from the tutorial creator, "org.w3c.dom" now found. setting this
one to verified.

still some work to do in #i41296# to support jdk 1.3.x.
