On startup with the default toolbar configuration, the Format Object toolbar 
leaves space for but does not display the Delete Rows & Delete Columns icons.  
They instead appear in the flyout menu, although there is plenty of room in the 
toolbar.

They are marked as shown in the Visible Buttons dialog, and when selected from 
that dialog they appear correctly on the toolbar (although with a blank icon 
space at the end) and their status remains checked in the dialog.

Alternately, upon undocking the toolbar, the buttons appear correctly.

please retry with the latest developer snapshot (OOo1.9m69), because in your
version (m62) the rebuild of the toolbars was not final => worksforme
