Hi,

when changing the width of a column or height of a row with the mouse I go to
the line between to rows/columns. The mouse shows now an arrow with two
directions. The mouse cursor is larger than the line. So when I press the left
button while the arrow is at the top possibility the tooltip says 0,50 cm (row),
while pressing at the lowest point the tooltip says 0,39 cm. The real height is
0,43 cm.

This behavior is since 1.1.0.

I am unable to replicate the issue on oo 1.1.4
Probably i am  following wrong steps, can you pls give  me detailed steps for 
reproducing the same

Hi,

not a bug.

In the moment you've pressed the mouse button, you've changed the height/width.
So the tooltip states the curent position of the cellcursor. For exact
dimensions please use the contextmenu.
