Follow these steps:

1. Open a HTML document.
2. Mark View->HTML Source.
3. Select part of the text.
4. Cut it right click->cut or clicking the cut button in the toolbar.

The save button keeps inactive. The menu->save option is also inactive.

5. Paste the same way you cutted it.

The save button keeps inactive. The menu->save option is also inactive.

If you cut or paste with ctrl+x or paste with ctrl+v, everything works right.

ES->OS: confirmed but it was also like this in a 641...

Tried with OOo 3.0 and works fine.

It seems the issue can be closed.
