-> the undo/redo icons are disabled

FME: This has been implemented intentionally 8 years ago:

sw/source/core/docnode/section.cxx:

pDoc->DelAllUndoObjs();

Unfortunately changes in this area seem to be too risky for OOo 2.0. Therefore I
discussed this with ES and we agreed to set the target to "OOo later".
