When writing a fraction, where the numerator is again a fraction, the equal-sign
will not be at the same level as the text left and right of the formula. 
(see screenshot.png)

It would be adequate to select a character (in this case: the "=") and tell the
formula to align itself vertically so that the selected character matches the
level of the characters of the surrounding text.

MRU->TL: befor this is reassigned to "requirements... do you know a possibility
how to align this vertically centered to the equal sign?

I think it would be better and natural with the #972 issue.
(Correct alignment on the baseline).
This 'natural' position should be the default one.

Indeed, this alignment is correct inside the formula editor, so it's could be
possible to get line level from Math to Writer...
