Willy, I have not checked, but if you have not yet, please file a JCA or be sure to use the PDL for 
contributions.  See <http://www.openoffice.org/license.html>

the JCA is used for documentation also?
I saw the page and it says : "In order to contribute code to the project".
Does documentation included in code?

for documentation we urge the PDL. Please read the license FAQ page, http://www.openoffice.org/

Willy, I would like to encourage you to sign the JCA, for ease, as it would make
commiting your contributions to the web site much more carefree. :) Otherwise,
we must be sure to attach the PDL to all of the pages that you translate to
ensure that each document has a defined copyright.

Sure, why not? You need to attach a scanned, signed version.  I'm cc'ing eric renaud.

I have requested the operations to upload the key as soon as possible , pcn
33996 is the internal issue for tracking this task , will be updating the status

Willy, there is no need to file a new issue. This issue is the correct issue. It is to send your id_dsa.pub 
key to support. It is already assigned to support.  Please be patient, Willy.
