the JCA is used for documentation also? I saw the page and it says : "In order to contribute code to the project". Does documentation included in code?

Willy, I would like to encourage you to sign the JCA, for ease, as it would make commiting your contributions to the web site much more carefree. :) Otherwise, we must be sure to attach the PDL to all of the pages that you translate to ensure that each document has a defined copyright.
i don't have a fax machine can i file the JCA file here?
