it is possible to select multiple cell contents by holding down ctrl and then 
perform some action on all rows that contain selected text.

it is not possible to select multiple empty non-sequential rows. there are cases 
when pasted table contains several empty rows that should be deleted, so it 
would be nice if several empty rows could be selected by holding down ctrl.
