When open a RTF which contains a picture, the word processor shows nothing. MS 
Office can show the picture without any problem. The issue occurs in 641c, 641d 
on windows98 and windows2000.

MRU->CMC: maybe a graphic filter which is not used by the RTF filter?
Some time ago I talked with JP about something similar: EMF format
used in RTF files.

We don't implement shp yet which is the same problem as issue 3790 .
The graphic is inside a shp so we are currently skipping it. We need
to consider if we're going to expand the rtf filter to support the
newer features.
