A single-line page border disappear when file is opened in OOo writer 1.9.71.1.
File was created with MSWord (2003, but same with Word 97 and XP)

MRU->MMAHER: ther page border of the "Default" page style is missing after
import of this sample.

I also see this bug on Linux with with OOo 1.1.0 writer.
