open new presentation. when task pane is docked or undocked & moved close to the 
right side of the screen (so that there is not enough space for view menu on the 
right side), this menu is shown so that it's right margin is at the left marginf 
of view button itself. this requires more mouse movement & is slightly awkward.
instead, this menu should opened so that it's right margin is located the same 
as right margin of the 'view' button.
