On Fedora Core 3 Writer crashes when you try to insert a file.

Reproduction Steps:
1. Open Writer to a new document.
2. Click Insert --> File

Writer abruptly closes, with no messages.

This is also reproducable using the Draw toolbar, by clicking on the "From File"
icon.
