Open soffice with backing window. [startmodule]

Customise the url bar to show the standard toolbar.  Click inside it. 
Now press Ctrl + O.  Nothing happens.  OO.o doesn't recognise the command when
url box has the focus.  

As Ctrl + O is somewhat universal to bring up the File Open dialog, this should
be recognised .

Please read -

--> Customise the Standard toolbar by adding the URL box to it

The same is with Ctrl + N.

do you really use OOo1.0.0?

Anyway, this happens in a m85 (Solaris), too...

[ctrl]+[n] ==> URL-Bar gets an "n" ==> Office should create a new document
[ctrl]+[o] ==> URL-Bar gets an "o" ==> Office should open the file open dialog

cd: This cannot be fixed in OOo 2.0 time frame, therefor set to OOo 2.0.1.

solution which is easy to implement.

the issue was 'fixed' in 680m91 to m95.  Again broken in 680m100.
