When importing from a native Word 97-2003 formatted document, tables within a
frames failed to import properly. See the attached sample Word document and the
resulting OpenOffice document after importing.

MRU->MMAHER: on the first page there's an "old style" frame, which contains a
table. The table is missing after import.
