I can't open computer price (.xls) of one organization because of problem 
codepages and decide to do simple experiment. I make small spreadsheet with 
Cyrillic letters, then save it in Excel 97 format and open. All was OK. Then I 
try Excel 95 format. And IMHO find a bug: Cyrillic letters where lost!

I try to attach an example and screenshots.

Hi,

as Excel 95 isn't unicode capable, this can't be done by OOo's Excel95 filter.
Also this Filter isn't developed any longer.
