Currently when Chinese translation is performed the iteration over the text does
not exactly behave as it is expected. It should start at some point (the cursor
position) and continue to the end of the document, wrap around to the beginning
and continue up to the point where it was started. 
But somehow sometimes it continues to iterate beyond the starting point (where
it should have ended). Since there is no user action is involved the user does
not see this and also I've never found a case where some text was skipped
accidently, so it seems to be just somewhat inefficient. 
But still this should be looked into and be fixed.

Considering the effort, the priority, the risk and our resource planning I've to
retarget this issue to OOo Later.
