When you are editing an entry form, and click on the "Activation Order" the TAB
Order dialog appears and allows you to resequence the widget tab order.

In 2.0 Beta, the button only activate if you use the [Move Up] and [Move Down]
buttons.  If you drop and drag the widgets it doesn't recognize that changes
have been made and [OK] never activates.  1.1 allowed and identified both types
of movements correctly.
