Page number control in the wrong place

The settings to control the page number are now under Format > Paragraph... < Text Flow, when they logically belong somewhere under Format > Page. I understand that this is a reflection of the way things are actually handled in the file format (cf. http://www.oooforum.org/forum/viewtopic.phtml?t=16958), but it makes no sense from an interface perspective.
We should really somehow implement another (more intuitive) way to manupulate the page number in a document.
