Description joselucero 2005-03-08 20:11:16 UTC
When using the numpad oocalc prints a dot regardless of what is the decimal
separator used in the locale, this makes the numpad pretty much useless when
the locale uses a comma as a decimal separator. I i use the numpad to enter
decimal oocalc prints a dot so after pressing enter a parse error ocurs since
the parser canot understand the period.

Compare with correct implementation in excel: the numpad decimal separator key
always prints a comma if that is the locale decimal separator.
or incomplete implementation in kspread: numpad prints a period in formula bar
but gets correctly changed to a comma after pressing enter in entering a stand
alone number, but incorrectly keeps the period if entering a formula.
