If I select a piece of text and click on the "bulleted list" button, the text is
moved to the right but no bullet symbols are shown in front of it.

Also if I click the "numbering on/off" button, the number of the numbered list
is indented together with the text, instead of being printed at the left margin.

Possibly related with # 45163 (OpenSymbol font does not work). 

Please consider raising the priority as this is basic functionality.

Hi Simon,

No worries.  This issue seems to be a duplicate of 40717, which has been closed
and is being continued though 45163 (which you point to).

Yes, it has the same root cause as in issue 45163.
