when cursor is moved from the FILE drop down menu, to the EDIT drop down menu, 
entire computer system hangs up. Ctrl-Alt-DEl function does not work, After 30 
minutes no change in system noted. Power off only found escape. have had five 
failures in last seven day. problem occurs when running only word processor, 
also when other applications running, no special resident program, zone alarm, 
AV, word web etc.

thanks for reporting this. which version do you use? 1.1.4 or 2.0beta? if none
of them please download 1.1.4 and let us know if the problem persists. thank
